摘要
核心素养与知识并非同级概念,核心素养的培育与落实必须以掌握知识为前提,知识是核心素养落地的重要载体。人类历史上四种知识型本身所具有的特性在一定程度上可以介入到核心素养框架之中,使得不同知识型视角的核心素养具有神秘性、普遍性、中立性以及境遇性等时代表征。学生核心素养的制定与生成均以知识为根基,知识所具有的价值性会介入到核心素养体系之中。基于知识的核心素养也承载着实践性、时代性、民族性及人类性价值。
The key competences and knowledge are not the same level concept. The cultivation and implementation of key competences must be based on mastering knowledge. Knowledge is also an important carrier of key competences' accomplishment. Four knowledge forms in human history can intervene in key competences framework to a certain extent, make the key competences from different knowledge perspective have mystique, era of universality, neutrality and situation. The development and generation of students' key competences are based on knowledge, and the value of knowledge is involved in the key competences system. The key competence based on knowledge also carries practical, contemporary, national and human values.
