摘要
目的探讨动态血糖监测系统联合胰岛素泵治疗新诊断2型糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法方便选择福建省龙岩市博爱医院内分泌科2016年1月—2017年12月新诊断2型糖尿病患者90例,根据治疗方法分组,对照组给予胰岛素泵治疗,并给予常规血糖监测,观察组则给予动态血糖监测系统联合胰岛素泵治疗。比较两组新诊断2型糖尿病控制达标率;血糖达标时间、总治疗时间;治疗前后患者血糖平均水平、空腹胰岛素水平;低血糖不良反应发生率。结果观察组新诊断2型糖尿病控制达标率44例(97.78%)高于对照组31例(68.89%)(χ2=13.520 0,P<0.05);观察组血糖达标时间、总治疗时间(7.11±1.26)、(8.13±0.21)d短于对照组(12.42±2.25)、(14.23±1.51)d(t=8.215、9.109,P<0.05);治疗前两组血糖平均水平、空腹胰岛素水平相近(P>0.05);治疗后观察组血糖平均水平、空腹胰岛素水平优于对照组(P<0.05。观察组低血糖不良反应发生率3例(6.67%)低于对照组10例(22.22%)(χ2=8.641,P<0.05)。结论动态血糖监测系统联合胰岛素泵治疗新诊断2型糖尿病的应用效果确切,可有效促进血糖达标,缩短达标和治疗时间,降低空腹胰岛素,降低低血糖并发症发生率,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of dynamic blood glucose monitoring system combined with insulin pump in treatment of newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 90 cases of newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were convenient selected, the control group were treated with insulin pump and used the routine blood glucose monitoring, and the observation group were treated with dynamic blood glucose monitoring system combined with insulin pump, and the standards-reaching rate, blood glucose standards-reaching time and total treatment time were compared between the two groups, and the average blood glucose level,fasting insulin level and incidence rate of hypoglycemia adverse reactions were compared before and after treatment. Results The standards-reaching rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group[44 cases(97.78%) vs 31 cases(68.89%)](χ2=13.520 0,P〈0.05), and the blood glucose standards-reaching time and total treatment time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group [(7.11±1.26),(8.13±0.21)d vs(12.42±2.25),(14.23±1.51)d](t=8.215, 9.109,P〈0.05); and the average level of blood glucose and fasting insulin level of the two groups before treatment were similar(P〈0.05), after treatment, the average level of blood glucose and fasting insulin level were better than those in the control group(P〈0.05), and the incidence rate of hypoglycemia; adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group [3 cases(6.67%) vs 10 cases(22.22%)](χ2=8.641,P〈0.05). Conclusion The application effect of dynamic blood glucose monitoring system combined with insulin pump in treatment of newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes is definite, which can effectively promote the blood glucose to reach the standards, shorten the standards-reaching time and treatment time, and reduce the fasting insu
