摘要
目的探讨活心方对冠心病心绞痛患者临床疗效及血清VEGF水平的影响。方法研究对象共有68例,均是方便选取于2017年1月—2018年1月该院心血管病科接收的冠心病心绞痛患者,通过数字表分组法分为两组,即治疗组与对照组,对照组患者所接收的治疗为常规西药治疗,但治疗组患者所接受的治疗则是在常规治疗的基础上再接受活心方治疗,在12周后观察并对比治疗效果。结果治疗组患者在1个疗程治疗后最终的治疗有效率是91.18%,要明显高于对照组患者的64.71%,两组之间所差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.403,P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗前血清VEGF与中医证候积分分别为(56.35±10.96)分、(8.77±3.51)分,治疗后分别为(60.16±9.36)分、(3.42±2.36)分;对照组患者治疗前血清VEGF与中医证候积分分别为(56.28±13.69)分、(7.83±3.20)分,治疗后分别为(54.69±11.53)分、(4.76±2.71)分。治疗前两组患者在这两方面差异无统计学意义(t=0.933、0.872,P>0.05),但在治疗后两组患者血清VEGF水平及中医证候积分发生了变化,两组之间差异有统计学意义(t=5.494、6.081,P<0.05)。结论在冠心病心绞痛疾病的临床治疗工作中,活心方的运用可以有效提高对该疾病的临床治疗效果。
Objective To study the curative effect of huoxin fang in patients with angina pectoris and effect on the serum VEGF level. Methods 68 cases of patients with angina pectoris admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group were treated with routine western medicine, while the treatment group were treated with huoxin fang on the basis of the control group, and the treatment effect was observed and compared after 12 weeks. Results After one-treatment course, the treatment effective rate in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group（91.18% vs 64.71%）, and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=7.403,P〈0.05）,and the serum VEGF and TCM syndrome score in the treatment group before and after treatment and in the control group were respectively（56.35±10.96）points,（8.77±3.51）points,（60.16±9.36）points,（3.42±2.36）points,（56.28±13.69）points,（7.83±3.20）points,（54.69±11.53）points,（4.76±2.71）points, and the differences between groups were not statistically significant（t=0.933, 0.872, P〈0.05）, after treatment, the serum VEGF and TCM syndrome score of the two groups after treatment changed, and the difference was statistically significant（t=5.494, 6.081, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of huoxin fang in patients with angina pectoris can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of the diseases.
