摘要
目的探讨强化围手术期护理管理对断指再植术术后护理效果的影响。方法 67例接受断指再植术患者,根据入院接受治疗的时间不同分为常规组(31例,37指)和强化组(36例,41指)。常规组患者给予一般护理管理,强化组患者在一般护理管理基础上给予强化围手术期护理管理。观察并比较两组患者术后断指存活情况。结果常规组存活24指,断指存活率为64.86%;强化组存活39指,断指存活率为95.12%。强化组断指存活率明显高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化围手术期护理管理有利于断指再植术后护理的进行,其可有效提高术后断指存活率,并极大地促进存活断指的功能恢复。
Objective To investigate the influence of intensive perioperative nursing management on postoperative nursing effect of severed finger replantation. Methods A total of 67 patients with severed finger replantation were divided by different admission times into conventional group（31 cases, 37 involved fingers） and intensive group（36 cases, 41 involved fingers）. The conventional group received general nursing management, and the intensive group received intensive perioperative nursing management on the basis of general nursing management. The survival status of postoperative severed fingers in two groups was observed and compared. Results The conventional group had 24 survived fingers, with survival rate of severed fingers as 64.86%, which were 39 fingers and 95.12% in intensive group. The intensive group had obviously higher survival rate of severed fingers than the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Intensive perioperative nursing management is conducive to the postoperative nursing of severed finger replantation. It can effectively improve the survival rate of severed finger, and greatly promote the functional recovery of severed finger.
