摘要
随着生态环境的恶化、资源的高度缺乏,环保已成为当前全球各国所关注的突出问题,我国社会理念也逐渐向环保化、健康化转变。作为白酒消费大国,白酒经营理念能否向环保化转变对资源节约和低碳经济的发展起到至关重要的作用。相较于白酒的生产过程,白酒的包装设计更能反映环保理念。如今,高端白酒已成为人们走亲访友的首选礼品,为凸显礼品属性,企业通过包装装饰来体现产品的高档与奢华,由于市场缺乏科学的评价标准,有些白酒企业误把高价位与高档次划等号,导致跟风式生产奢华包装,夸张的装饰和复杂的结构使得消费者不得不花重金在即将废弃的包装盒上,导致包装过度、浪费资源又污染环境。高档白酒消费群体中有较多高文化程度、高收入者,这部分人群的消费理念和意识都比较时尚,白酒企业想要赢得市场,不是一味的去生产奢华包装,而应该科学引导理性消费。如何解决这一问题,白酒设计师们应与时俱进、创新设计,以冷静、理性的思辨来反省白酒包装的劣势,让越来越多的白酒包装开始融入绿色设计理念。通过包装设计提高包装的绿色效能,使白酒产品从一种简单的满足人类需求的低级模式升华至人类与自然相互协调、共生互补的境界。
Along with the worsening of ecological environment, and the high scarcity of resources, environmental protection has become a prominent problem that has aroused the close attention of various countries worldwide. The social philosophy of China has also been gradually changing in the direction of environmental protection and health. China is a large country of liquor consumption. Whether the operation philosophy of liquor can change in the direction of environmental protection plays a vital role in the economization of resources and the development of low-carbon economy. In comparison with the production process of liquor, the package design of liquor can reflect the philosophy of environmental protection all the more.Nowadays, high-end liquors have become preferred gifts for people to visit relatives and friends. In order to highlight the gift attribute of liquors, enterprises endeavor to embody the top grade and luxury of liquors through package decoration. Due to lack of scientific evaluation standards on the market, some liquor enterprises wrongly identify high price with high grade, so that they produce luxury packages by following the trend. Due to exaggerated decoration and complicated structuring, consumers have to spend a huge sum of money on the packing boxes which will soon be abandoned, thus resulting in excessive packing, resource wastage and environmental pollution.The consumer group of top-grade liquors has a higher degree of education, a higher income and a more fashionable consumer philosophy and consciousness. In order to win the market, liquor enterprises are supposed to keep pace with the times, design innovative products, and reflect on the disadvantage of liquor packing calmly, rationally and critically, so that the philosophy of green design can be incorporated into the packages of liquors.
