摘要
目的分析早期康复护理对脑出血患者术后神经功能恢复与生活质量的改善作用。方法选取2016年1月—12月我院收治的脑出血患者共100例,采取计算机随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以早期康复护理,对比2组的护理效果。结果观察组生活质量评分于对照组,而神经功能评分低于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论对于脑出血患者术后实施早期康复护理,可以显著改善患者的神经功能以及生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective to analyze the clinical effect of early rehabilitation of postoperative recovery and quality of life in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods in our hospital from January 2016 to December, a total of 100 patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated by as an important object of analysis, grouping for the computer table, the control group（ 50 cases） and observation group（ 50 cases）.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group gave early rehabilitation care, compared to two groups of nursing effects. Results the observed group quality scores were higher than those in the control group, and the neurological scores were lower compared to the control group.The difference between the statistical analysis group was obvious and P0.05.Conclusions postoperative rehabilitation care for patients with cerebral hemorrhage can significantly restore and improve the quality of life.
