延续护理对支气管哮喘患者的应用效果研究被引量：4

摘要目的探讨支气管哮喘患者应用延续护理的效果。方法回顾分析2012年1月—2016年1月在我院治疗的112例支气管哮喘患者的临床资料,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组56例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予延续护理,对比2组临床护理效果。结果观察组患者第1,3,5个月哮喘测试评分(ACT)明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组哮喘发作次数、第1秒用力呼气量占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、第1秒用力呼气量/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论支气管哮喘患者实施延续护理,可有效缓解病情,提升治疗效果,具有重要的临床应用价值。
