摘要
目的探讨精细化护理管理对气管切开术后患者呼吸道的护理效果。方法将120例气管切开患者随机分为研究组与对照组,各60例。对照组给予一般护理,观察组在此基础上给予精细化护理管理。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组患者湿化满意率、痰液黏稠情况、并发症总发生率优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后3 d的Pa O2高于对照组、Pa CO2低于对照组,术后5 d的Pa O2高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理可有效降低气管切开患者并发症发生率,患者术后恢复效果较好。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of refine nursing management on respiratory tract of patients aftertracheotomy. Methods A total of 120 patients with tracheotomy were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 60 patients in each group. The control group was given general nursing, and the observation group was given refinenursing management based on the control group. The nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results Thehumidification satisfaction rate, sputum viscosity condition, total incidence of complications of the observation group werebetter than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The level of PaO2 in the observation group was higher than that in thecontrol group, and level of PaCO2 was lower than that in the control group at 3d after operation, while the level of PaO2was higher than that in the control group at 5d after operation （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Refined nursing management caneffectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients with tracheotomy, and the recovery effect of patients is better.
