摘要
国家《现代职业教育体系建设规划(2014—2020年)》中明确提出"产教融合",指出了现代职业教育培养质量的瓶颈就是缺乏"产教融合"能力的教师,探索教学与生产相结合的师资培养途径和办法,将成为现代职业教育发展的强大引擎,并需深入做到校企融合。文章探索了一种"产品、项目就是手中教材,生产技术就是专业技能"的"产教融合"教学形式,并在此基础上,不断通过"营造生产性训练环境、校中厂、厂中校、项目订单训练、仿真远程教学"等方式,构建出适合中高职、本科立体贯通的"产学并行"训练体系,研究现代职业教育区域范围内的"产学并行"教学模式,实现学校和企业完全融合下的学习与训练。
The national ＂Construction of Modern Vocational Education System（2014—2020）＂ explicitly puts forward the ＂integration of production and education＂. It points out that the bottleneck of the quality of modern vocational education is the lack of teachers with the ability to integrate production and education, and the combination of exploration and production. The training methods and methods for teachers will become a powerful engine for the development of modern vocational education, and the integration of schools and enterprises must be deepened.
