摘要
国家《现代职业教育体系建设规划(2014—2020年)》中明确提出"产教融合",指出了现代职业教育培养质量的瓶颈就是缺乏"产教融合"能力的教师,探索教学与生产相结合的师资培养途径和办法,将成为现代职业教育发展的强大引擎,并需深入做到校企融合。文章探索了一种"产品、项目就是手中教材,生产技术就是专业技能"的"产教融合"教学形式,并在此基础上,不断通过"营造生产性训练环境、校中厂、厂中校、项目订单训练、仿真远程教学"等方式,构建出适合中高职、本科立体贯通的"产学并行"训练体系,研究现代职业教育区域范围内的"产学并行"教学模式,实现学校和企业完全融合下的学习与训练。
