阿托伐他汀、辅酶Q10联合治疗冠心病早期心功能减退的效果观察 被引量:1

Effect of Atorvastatin and Coenzyme Q10 in Treatment of Early Heart Failure in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

摘要 目的分析阿托伐他汀、辅酶Q10联合治疗冠心病早期心功能减退的临床疗效。方法方便选取2015年5月—2017年5月该院收治的80例冠心病早期心功能减退患者分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组给与阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组给予阿托伐他汀联合辅酶Q10进行治疗,比较两组治疗前后各项指标以及临床有效率。结果经治疗后,观察组临床各项指标SV(79.34±6.44)m L、CO(5.96±0.55)L、LVEF(51.55±5.53)%均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.784 1、9.996 1、6.328 7,P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组(χ~2=8.623 7,P<0.05)。结论采取阿托伐他汀联合辅酶Q10治疗冠心病早期心功能减退,有助于患者心功能恢复,促进尽快恢复健康。 Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin and coenzyme Q10 in the treatment of early cardiac hypofunction in coronary heart disease. Methods 80 cases of early cardiac hypofunction in coronary heart disease from May 2015 to May 2017 were convenient selected and divided into the control group and the observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with atorvastatin, and the observation group was treated with Atorvastatin combined coenzyme Q10, the indexes and clinical efficiency were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the clinical indicators of the observation group SV(79.34±6.44)m L,CO(5.96±0.55)L, LVEF(51.55±5.53)% were significantly better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=7.7841, 9.996 1, 6.328 7, P〈0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.0% significantly higher than that of the control group(χ2=8.623 7, P〈0.05). Conclusion Atorvastatin Combined with coenzyme Q10 in the treatment of early cardiac dys function in the early stage of coronary heart disease can help the recovery of heart function and promote the recovery of health as soon as possible.
