摘要
随着我国生鲜电商行业的日益发展,诸多问题也随之暴露出来。针对生鲜电商企业资源利用率低、冷链运输成本高、客源不稳定以及客单单量小且地域分布不均、配送时间长等现象,提出自建冷链物流的电商巨头共同配送模式、第三方冷链物流企业共同配送模式以及社区共同配送模式,以改善生鲜电商经营效率和消费者满意度。对生鲜电商的进一步发展提供了合理、可行的建议。
With the increasing development of the fresh food E-commerce in China, many problems have also been exposed. In consideration of the phenomenon, such as low resource utilization rate, high cold chain transportation cost, unstable cus- tomer source, small number of customers, uneven geographical distribution, and long delivery time. Propose the E-commerce giants which have their own cold chain logistics to implement common distribution model, the joint deliverT model of third- party cold-chain logistics companies and the comnmnity's com- mon distribution model to improve the operational efficiency and consumer satisfaction of fresh food E-commerce. It provided reasonable and feasible suggestions for the farther develop- ment of fresh food E-commerce.
