摘要
为保障流域供水安全,东江自2008年开始实施水量调度,至今已经历10个完整的调度期。该文从供水、水环境、压咸、发电等方面对调度效果进行阶段性总结。分析表明,通过实施水量调度,东江流域供水保障程度尤其是枯水年供水保障程度明显提高,水环境得到明显改善,调水压咸效果明显,主要供水水库供水功能得到较好运用,发电效益明显提高,取得了显著的社会效益、经济效益和环境效益。
In order to ensure the water supply security in the Dongjiang River Basin, Dongjiang has been implementing water dispatching since 2008 and has so far undergone 10 complete dispatch periods. This paper summarizes and analyzes the effectiveness of the dispatch from aspects of water supply, water environment, saltwater intrusion repelling, and power generation. The analysis shows that through the implementation of water regulation, the degree of water supply guarantee in the Dongjiang River Basin, especially in the dry year, is significantly improved; the water environment has been significantly improved; the water diversion and salting either is obvious ; the water supply function of the main water supply reservoir is well used, and the power generation benefit is obviously improved. Significant social, economic and environmental benefits could be obtained.
