摘要
社会生活水平的提升,带动了人们对出行方式的需求,汽车逐渐普及到生活的方方面面,但人们对汽车车身设计的要求也得到了极大的提升。在汽车制造的过程中,汽车车身设计作为汽车生产的重要环节,必须要给予充分的重视,促使设计人员提出符合社会大众需求的汽车车身设计,对汽车车身设计质量的控制带来帮助。汽车车身设计质量控制对于汽车车身的质量控制有着重要的作用,如果汽车车身设计质量控制工作不到位的话,会导致汽车在之后的生产过程中难以有效地完成既定的目标,造成汽车在最终的使用过程中具有严重的问题,因而汽车设计人员及生产者必须要对汽车车身质量控制方法进行深入的研究,确保汽车车身质量控制工作的有效完成。文章通过对汽车车身设计的质量要求进行阐述,说明相关的汽车车身设计结构方式,提出切实的汽车车身设计质量控制方法,有效地对我国汽车质量的提升做出保障,为我国汽车更好地满足人们的生活需求带来帮助。
The promotion of the level of social life has led to people's demand for the way of travel, and the automobile has gradually spread to all aspects of life, but the requirements for car body design have also been greatly improved. In the process of automobile manufacturing, car body design, as an important part of automobile production, must be paid full attention to, prompting the designers to put forward the car body design which meets the needs of the public and help the control of the quality of the car body design. The quality control of the car body design plays an important role in the quality control of the car body. If the quality control of the car body design is not in place, it will cause the car to accomplish the established goal in the subsequent production process, causing the car to have serious problems in the final process of use, so that the car has serious problems in the process of making use of the car. Vehicle designers and producers must conduct in-depth research on vehicle body quality control methods to ensure the effective completion of vehicle body quality control. This paper expounds the quality requirements of car body design, illustrates the design structure of car body, and puts forward the practical design quality control method for automobile body design, which can effectively guarantee the improvement of China's automobile quality and help our cars to meet the needs of people's life better.
