Pb-B金属基屏蔽材料的微观组织与拉伸性能研究

摘要 本文主要对不同成分的Pb-B金属基屏蔽材料的微观组织与拉伸性能进行研究, 并对组织和断口形貌进行分析, 了解其断裂机理.结果表明: 随着Mg含量增加, 试样晶粒发生明显的细化, 分布于晶界的粗大树枝晶向细小枝晶转变; 试样的拉伸强度和延伸率随着Mg含量的增加而增加, 当Mg含量达到60%~65%, 材料的拉伸强度和延伸率基本保持不变, 试样最佳强度达到125MPa, 延伸率达到0.68%; 从断口形貌分析来看,材料断口形貌均呈现脆性断裂特征, 随着Mg含量增加, 材料断裂机制从沿晶断裂向解理断裂转变. In this paper, the microstructure and tensile properties of Pb-B metal based shielding materials with different components were studied, and the mierostrueture and fracture morphology were analyzed to understand the fracture mechanism. The results showed that with the increase of Mg content, the grain size of the sample was obviously refined, the coarse dendrite in the grain boundary was changed to the fine dendrite. The tensile strengthened and elongation of the sample increased with the increase of the content of Mg. When the content of Mg reached 60% ~ 65%, the tensile strengthed and extension rate of the material remain unchanged, and the best strength of the speci- men was strong. The degree of elongation reached to 125MPa and the elongation leached 0.68%. From the analysis of fracture morphology, the fracture morphology of the material showed brittle fracture characteristics. As the content of Mg increased, the fracture mechanism of the material changed from intergranular fracture to cleavage fracture.
