摘要
目的探讨家庭人文关怀对精神分裂症患者家属生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年3~6月我院收治的100例精神分裂症患者家属作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予常规的医疗模式进行医护干预,研究组采用家庭人文关怀模式,比较两组患者家属护理干预前后的焦虑(SAS)评分、抑郁(SDS)评分、生活质量评分。结果干预前,两组患者家属SAS、SDS评分的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者家属的SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者家属生活质量评分的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组患者家属的生活质量评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭人文关怀在精神分裂症患者家属中的应用,能够缓解患者家属的焦虑、抑郁情绪,促进患者家属生活质量的提升,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the influence of family humanistic care on the quality of life of family members of schizophrenia patients. Methods The family members of 100 schizophrenic patients admitted to our hospital from March to June 2016 were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine medical care, while the study group was given family humanistic care. Self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）, self-rating depression scale（SDS） scores and quality of life scores before and after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups. Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups（P〈0.05）. After the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the family members of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Before the intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups（P〈0.05）. After the intervention, the quality of life scores of the family members of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of family humane care in the family members of schizophrenia patients can relieve the anxiety and depression of the family members of the patients and promote the improvement of the life quality of the family members of the patients, which deserved to be popularized and applied.
