半焦作为烧结燃料的特性实验研究

摘要 为了降低烧结运行成本、拓宽半焦产业利用途径,以陕北固体热载体半焦为研究对象,选取不同的半焦与焦炭配加比进行了烧结杯实验。结果表明,半焦样品具有低灰低硫、高固定碳的特点,粒度分布符合烧结要求;半焦表面存在发达的孔隙结构,化学活性高,有利于氧化气氛向正方向进行;半焦配比达到35%时得到的烧结产品性质较优,验证实验得到的各指标平均值为:垂直烧结速度23.69 mm/min,烧结成品率77.0%,转鼓强度指数66.6%,Fe O含量8.63%,烧结矿品位53.52%。 In order to cut the sintering cost as well as broaden the utilization of semi-coke,a sinter post test was conducted for the semi-coke,a solid thermal carrier from northern Shaanxi,with different ratio of semi-coke to coke.From test,it is found that the sample of semi-coke has low ash and low sulfur,and high fixed carbon,with size distribution up to the requirement for sintering. Besides,the surface of semi-coke shows a developed pore structure,with high chemical activity,thus beneficial to atmosphere oxidized toward the positive direction. With a ratio of semi-coke to coke up to 35%,a sintered product with superior quality could be obtained. And the verification test showed the indexes by an average as follows: a vertical sintering rate at 23.69 mm/min,rate of qualified sintered product at 77.0%,a drum strength index at 66.6%,the sintered product with FeO content of 8.63% with a grade of 53.52%.
