摘要
随着网络化普及,新技术推动了大数据时代的到来,如何从海量信息中提取有价值的信息成为关键,大数据普及趋势成为科研档案发展的新契机。基于大数据的特征,分析了科研档案在数字化的过程中出现的问题,通过标准化可以进一步提高科研文档的数字化管理效率,提出应对数字化冲击并提高科研文档数字化管理效率的对策。
With the popularization of the Internet,new technology promotes the arrival of big data age,and how to extract valuable information from huge amounts of information becomes the key.The popularization trend of big data becomes a new opportunity for the development of scientific research archives.Based on the characteristics of big data,this paper analyzes the problems of scientific research archives in the process of digitalization,finds that through standardization the efficiency of digitalized management can be further improved,and then it puts forward countermeasures in dealing with digitalization shock and improving the digitalized management efficiency of scientific research archives.
