燃煤发电厂SO_2和粉尘超净排放改造工程技术方案的优化研究 被引量:3

摘要 为实现燃煤发电厂SO_2和粉尘超净排放目标,某燃煤发电厂立足于原有设备,在充分考虑设备运行可靠性及检修经济性、SO_2和粉尘排放浓度、系统阻力、场地占用等条件下,主要采用湍流器、管束除尘除雾器、蒙特斯除雾器对两台300MW机组湿法脱硫系统进行SO_2和粉尘超净排放改造,并采取不同改造方案以验证不同技术路线对污染物排放的控制效果,以确定超净排放的最优改造技术方案。结果表明:所优选的改造技术方案实现了SO_2和粉尘的超净排放,并大大降低了烟气中HF、HCl、SO_3、雾滴、汞、PM2.5的排放量,其中粉尘(含石膏)排放浓度由17mg/Nm^3降至2~5mg/Nm^3以下,SO_2排放浓度由75mg/Nm^3降至20mg/Nm^3以下(入口烟气中SO_2浓度为7 700mg/Nm^3),HF排放浓度由22.7mg/Nm^3降至6.4mg/Nm^3,HCl排放浓度由3.07mg/Nm^3降至0.989mg/Nm^3,SO_3排放浓度由68mg/Nm^3降至16mg/Nm^3,雾滴排放含量由75mg/Nm^3降至13mg/Nm^3,汞排放浓度由0.029μg/Nm^3降至0.004 5μg/Nm^3,PM2.5排放浓度控制在0.954mg/Nm^3,可为燃煤发电厂SO_2和粉尘超净排放控制工程提供技术参考。 In order to realize the ultra-clean emission goals of SO 2 and dust,based on the existing equipments in a coal-fired power plant and considering the reliability of equipment operation,the economy of operation and maintenance,the emission concentration of sulfur dioxide (SO 2) and dust,system resistance and other key factors,a power plant carries out two different ultra-clean emssion schemes on the flue gas desulfurization (FGD) system for two 300 MW units,mainly by adopting the turbalation,tubular duster and demister,and Monters demister,and compares and verifies the emission control effect of different ultra-clean emission schemes.The results show that the selected scheme achieves ultra-clean emission of SO 2 and dust,and greatly reduces the emission comentrations of HF,HCl,SO 3,droplet,mercury and PM2.5 in flue gas:the emission concentration of dust with gypsum is reduced from 17 mg/Nm^3 to 2-5 mg/Nm^3,SO 2 emission concentration from 75 mg/Nm^3 at inlet 7 700 mg/Nm^3 to below 20 mg/Nm^3,HF from 22.7 mg/Nm^3 to 6.4 mg/Nm^3,and HCl from 3.07 mg/Nm^3 to 0.989 mg/Nm^3,SO 3 from 68 mg/Nm^3 to 16 mg/Nm^3,droplet content from 75 mg/Nm^3 to 13 mg/Nm^3,mercury from 0.029 μg/Nm^3 to 0.004 5 μg/Nm^3,and the concentration of PM2.5 is controlled at 0.954 mg/Nm^3.The paper provides reference for ultra-clean emission control projects of SO 2 and dust in coal-fired power plants.
