摘要
＂发展性社会工作＂作为21世纪以来逐步得到阐述的理论模式和实践取向,其具备成为一种重要的实践理论的巨大潜力,无论是对于中国还是国际的社会工作。本文试图完整梳理＂发展性社会工作＂理论的发展脉络,探讨其理论特征和实践策略,并呈现一个以其为较明确指引的中国社会工作实践案例,以期为中国社会工作实务的理论建构和实践方向提供一种可能的选择。同样,也以此文发出对该理论取向进行进一步探讨和完善的邀请。
The developmental social work has great potentials to be an important social work practice theory both in China and on the international level. It has been elaborated as a model of theory as well as an approach to practice since the beginning of new millennium. This study tries to comprehensively review the development history of this theory,explore its theoretical features and practice strategies,and present a practical case explicitly informed by such a theory in China. The study aims to provide an option for the construction of China’s social work theory and practice model.In addition,it is an invitation to further discussion and exploration on developmental social work together.
