摘要
为升级改造矿井南翼下组煤疏排水系统,设计利用PLC控制技术和工业以太网通讯技术,实现排水系统控制自动化、数据可视化和远程控制。改造后的生产实践表明,该排水系统设计合理,运行安全、可靠、高效,对保障矿井安全生产、降本增效起到了积极的作用,并能为其他类似矿井排水系统的优化提供借鉴与参考。
In order to upgrade the south hydrophobic group under the coal mine drainage system, we design to use PLC control technology and industrial Ethernet communication technology to realize the automatic drainage system control, data visualization and remote control. After transformation, the production practice shows that the drainage system design is reasonable, safe, reliable and effcient in operation, which ensures mine safety production, has played a positive role in decreasing cost and increasing benefit, and provides good reference for other similar optimization of mine drainage system.
