摘要
对单元串联式高压变频器在使用中常会出现的熔断器故障、光纤故障、过电压故障等轻故障进行了简要的分析并提出了对应的现场处理方法。结合在现场的维修经验,对高压变频器功率单元常见硬件故障的维修方法、注意事项等做了详细的叙述。通过对高压变频器功率单元的维修,每年可以节省十余万元的返厂维修费用,取得了较好的经济效益。
The light faults, such as fuse failure, optical fiber failure and overvoltage fault, are briefly analyzed and the corresponding feld treatment methods are put forward in the use of the unit series type high voltage inverter. Combined with the feld maintenance experience, the maintenance methods and cautions of common hardware failures of power unit of high voltage inverter are described in detail. Through the maintenance of the power unit of the high voltage inverter, it can save more than ten thousand yuan per year for the maintenance cost of the plant, and has achieved better economic benefts.
