摘要 人性化管理的中心是患者,其不仅是满足了与医患关系相适应的需要,而且满足了缩短家属和医护人员之间的心理距离,在一定程度上有助于护患之间了解的增加、防止出现护患纠纷。人性化管理理念在管理活动中将人设定为管理的核心,为满足管理者和被管理者的经济效益需要满足尊重人和理解人这一前提条件。由此,该文就人性化服务的理念予以分析,并就人性化服务管理在老年经生病去护理管理中的应用情况予以阐述。 The center of humanistic management is the patient.It not only meets the needs of adapting to the relationship between doctors and patients,but also shortens the psychological distance between family members and medical staff.It helps to increase the understanding between nurses and patients to some extent.To prevent disputes between nurses and patients.Humanized management concept in the management activities,people are set as the core of management.In order to satisfy the economic benefits of managers,it is necessary to satisfy the prerequisites of respecting people and understanding people.Therefore,this article analyzes the concept of humanized service,and elaborates on the application of humanized service management in the management of sickness and dementia care in the elderly.
