摘要
针对攀钢1#方坯RH蒸汽喷射泵蒸汽耗量大,生产运行成本较高的问题,提出水环泵与蒸汽泵组合的真空泵系统改造方案。在原有蒸汽泵系统的C2冷凝器顶部引出一根抽气管,接入增设的并联的两台水环泵,作为末级蒸汽泵的替代泵,同时保留末级蒸汽喷射泵作为备用泵,增设的水环泵与原有的末级喷射泵属于并联关系。改造后,可根据冶炼钢种对真空度工艺要求的变化,切换末级泵的工作数量和组合方式,达到钢液真空处理过程节能降耗的效果,大大地降低了生产成本。
In view of the large steam consumption and high production cost of the RH steam jet pump of 1# billet in Panzhihua Iron and Steel Company,this paper puts forward a scheme for the reform of the vacuum pump system of the combination of water ring pump and steam pump. That is to draw a suction pipe in the top of the C2 condenser in the original steam pump system,and access the additional two parallel water ring pumps as the last steam pump. The replacement pump is retained,at the same time,and the last stage steam jet pump is retained as the standby pump.The additional water ring pump is parallel to the original last stage jet pump. After the transformation,the work quantity and combination mode of the last stage pump can be switched on the basis of the change of the technological requirements of the smelting steel to the vacuum degree,so as to achieve the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction in the vacuum treatment process of the steel liquid,and greatly reduce the production cost.
