摘要
针对某化肥厂3×130t/h循环流化床锅炉氮氧化物及烟气颗粒物超标排放问题,根据现场实际情况,提出SNCR脱硝应用方案,既能满足现场位置及施工要求,又满足了排放指标;本文还通过不同经济、技术方案对比,提出了可行的除尘改造方案。改造后,锅炉氮氧化物及烟气颗粒物均能满足国家排放标准,达到减排效果,实现较好的环境及社会效益。
The application of SNCR technology was proposed according to the actual situation of the nitrogen oxide and flue gas particulate emission in the 3 × 130 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler in a chemical fertilizer plant. The program can meet the site location and construction requirements,but also meet the emission targets; A feasible program for dust removal is also proposed by comparing different economic and technical schemes. After modification,the nitrogen oxide and flue gas particulate matter of the boilers can meet the national emission standards,achieve better environmental and social benefits.
