摘要
目的观察分析窝沟封闭剂联合含氟涂料对乳牙龋病预防控制的临床效果。方法选取2013年6月至2015年6月接受窝沟封闭剂联合含氟涂料治疗的学龄前儿童106例,按照不同治疗方法将其分为窝沟封闭治疗组和联合治疗组,每组53例。窝沟封闭治疗组采用乳牙窝沟封闭治疗;联合治疗组则在此基础上进行氟保护涂料涂布。比较2组治疗后窝沟封闭剂完整保存情况、治疗6、12以及18个月的龋病发生和龋均情况以及治疗前后2组龋齿频数分布情况。结果 2组患儿的窝沟封闭剂完整保存率与复查牙数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗12个月后,联合治疗组龋齿发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但龋均发生情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗18个月后,2组龋齿和龋均发生情况比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组患儿治疗后乳牙龋齿发生情况明显减少,其减少情况显著优于窝沟治疗组(P<0.05)。结论窝沟封闭剂联合含氟涂料对于预防乳牙龋病的效果较单一预防更佳,可以有效降低龋病发病率,预防儿童乳牙龋病,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of pit and fissure sealing combined with containing fluoride paints on prevention and control of milk tooth caries. Methods A total of 106 preschoolers with dental caries who were treated by pit and fissure sealing combined with containing fluoride paints in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were enrolled in the study. According to different treatment methods these patients were divided into pit and fissure sealing treatment group（ n = 53） and combination therapy group（ n = 53）. The patients in pit and fissure sealing treatment group were treated by pit and fissure sealant,however,the patients in combination therapy group were treated by pit and fissure sealing combined with containing fluoride paints. The complete preservation rate of pit and fissure sealant after treatment,the incidence rates of dental caries at 6 m,12 m,18 m after treatment and and the frequency distribution of dental caries before and after treatment were observed and compared between two groups. Results There were significant differences in complete preservation rate of pit and fissure sealant and rechecking teeth numbers between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. After 18-month treatment,there were significant differences in the incidence rates of dental caries between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Moreover the incidence rate of milk teeth caries in combination therapy group was significantly lower than that in pit and fissure sealing treatment group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The pit and fissure sealing combined with containing fluoride paints is superior to simple method in preventive effects on dental caries,the former can effectively decrease the incidence rate of dental caries,prevent milk tooth caries of children,therefore,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
