摘要
目的:探讨荔湾区基层医院专科护士的培养与效果评价,为完善荔湾区专科护士的管理制度提供依据。方法:由荔湾区卫生和计划生育局根据本区特点委托荔湾区护理学会,选拔区内符合条件的二级综合性医院和专科医院的有资质的61名护士,以外出进修学习为主,采取脱产及半脱产的形式进行专科培训,通过取得专科资质护士的在岗工作量、护理质量、职业认同感及临床表现进行考核。结果:61名专科护士回到临床后开展了各种形式的专科护理服务,有效地提高了护理质量和工作效率。实施专科护理培训前后的护理质量得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实施专科护理培训后的护理质量得分较实施前高;同时培养后的专科护士职业认同感明显高于培训前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且护理管理者对专科护士的临床表现也颇为满意。结论:加强专科护士的培养和管理,构建适合专科护理发展的工作体系,能提高专科护理质量,并培养出专科型护理人才。
Objective： To explore the cultivation and effect evaluation of the nurses in the primary hospital of Liwan District,and provide the basis forperfecting the management system of special nurses.Methods：In accordance with the characteristics of this district,Liwan District Nursing Association who was entrusted by the Liwan District Health and Family Planning Bureau chose 61 qualified nurses from eligible two-level general hospital and specialist hospital.Nurses studied outside mainly,carried out specialist training in the form of full-time and semi-full-time and accessed the quality of specialist nurses in post workload,care quality,occupational identity and clinical performance.R esults：61 specialist nurses who were returned to the clinic carried out various forms of specialist care services,which effectively improved the quality of care and work efficiency.There were significant differences in the scores of nursing quality before and afterspecialist nursing training（P〈0.05）,the score of nursing care aftertraining was higherthan before.At the same time,professional identity of nurses aftertraining was significantly higherthan before.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Nursing managers were also satisfied with the clinical manifestations of specialist nurses.Conclusion：Strengthening the training and management of specialist nurses,and building a working system suitable forspecialist nursing development could improve the quality of specialist care and cultivate specialist nursing talents.
