摘要
目的:探究纤维支气管镜在ICU机械通气患者中的应用效果。方法:选择ICU机械通气患者共110例,信封随机分组模式分为每组均占据55例的两组,对常规组给予单纯的机械通气治疗,对实验组给予纤维支气管镜辅助机械通气治疗,将两组的治疗效果进行综合分析。结果:治疗后实验组的动脉血气指标水平改善程度优于常规组,P<0.05;实验组的机械通气、抗生素使用时间相比常规组均明显更短,P<0.05。结论:对ICU机械通气患者给予纤维支气管镜治疗,便于改善临床症状,值得推荐。
Objective：To explore the effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in patients with mechanical ventilation of ICU.Methods：to choose a total of 110 patients with mechanical ventilation in the ICU,envelope randomized pattern can be divided into each group are occupying 55 patients of two groups,the normal group was given simple mechanical ventilation therapy,auxiliary mechanical ventilation treatment of experimental group fiberoptic bronchoscopy,will make a comprehensive analysis on the treatment effect of the two groups.Results：The improvement of arterial blood gas index in the experimental group was better than that of the conventional group,P〈0.05.The mechanical ventilation and antibiotic use time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than that in the conventional group,P〈0.05.Conclusion：The treatment of fiberoptic bronchoscope in patients with ICU mechanical ventilation is helpful to improve clinical symptoms.
