摘要
潍柴EC&S冲天炉为热风水冷长炉龄冲天炉,介绍了EC&S冲天炉主要部位耐火材料工作温度及使用要求,分析了所用耐火材料的性能和成分,同时对冲天炉的修筑过程进行了总结。针对各部位的实际工作要求,选取合适的耐火材料,对减少耐火材料的侵蚀和延长使用寿命有重要的意义。
The EC＆S cupola in Weichai is the hot-blast and water-cooled type one with long furnacelife. The working temperature and requirements of refractories in main positions of cupola have been in-troduced. The performance and composition of the refractories used have been analyzed. Meanwhile, theconstruction process of the cupola has been summarized. Aiming at the actual requirements of variousparts, the suitable refractory materials have been selected, which has great significance for reducing theerosion of refractories and prolonging the service life.
