摘要
对于精密注塑机(压铸机),高压注射时的压力脉动对产品的质量影响很大。针对该问题,在注射液压系统的基础上,利用AMESim仿真模块,对压力脉动产生的源头进行分析。从理论的角度分析连接管路的固有振动频率,推导彼此之间振动传递的关系。对影响压力脉动的关键部件,调整参数,对比压力脉动的变化,为降低压力脉动制定抑制方案。
For precision injection molding machines (die casting machines), the pressure pulsation duringhigh pressure injection has a great influence on the quality of the product. Aiming at this problem, onthe basis of the injection hydraulic system, by use of AMESim simulation module, the source of pressurepulsation has been analyzed. From the theoretical point of view, the natural vibration frequencies of theconnecting pipes have been analyzed, and the relationship of vibration transmission between each otherhas been derived. The parameters have been adjusted to the key components which affect the pressurepulsation. By comparing the changes in pressure pulsation, the suppression scheme for reducing pressurepulsations has been reduced.
