摘要
目的探讨内侧型蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤的显微外科治疗效果。方法收集2015年1月—2017年12月共17例内侧型蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤患者作为研究对象。对全部患者实施显微外科治疗。结果对内侧型蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤患者实施显微外科治疗有效率为88.24%。治疗后患者的生活能力评分优于治疗前,治疗前后对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对内侧型蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤患者实施显微外科治疗,效果理想,可改善机体不适症状,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of microsurgical treatment of medial sphenoid ridge meningioma. Methods From January 2015 to December 2017, 17 patients with medial sphenoid ridge meningioma were collected. Microsurgical treatment was carried out. Results The effective rate of microsurgical treatment for medial sphenoid ridge meningioma was 88.24%. After treatment, the life ability score of patients was better than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Microsurgical treatment for the patients with medial sphenoid ridge meningioma can improve the body＇s discomfort symptoms and improve the quality of life.
