摘要
非接触红外测温是当前温度测量方面主流的测量方法,由于其具有测量范围宽、相应速度快、精度高等优点而被广泛应用于各个领域。但是采用红外辐射法对常温下动态物体的温度进行测试是极其困难的。针对目前红外测温技术的研究现状,本文在致冷参考温度比较法的基础上提出了一种新的非接触常温测量方法,并采用最小二乘法、模糊PID控制等软件算法对温度进行补偿。通过模拟实验结果表明,新型测温方法不仅能够克服测量温差过小时产生的信噪比很小的问题,而且还能补偿由于环境温度变化等因素产生的测量误差,极大提高了温度的测量精度。
non-contact infrared temperature measurement is the most popular measurement method in temperature measurement.It is widely used in various fields because of its wide measurement range, high speed and high precision.However, it is extremely difficult to test the temperature of dynamic objects at room temperature by infrared radiation method.In view of the current research status of infrared temperature measurement technology, a new non-contact temperature measurement method is proposed based on the reference temperature comparison method for cooling, and the temperature is compensated by software algorithms such as least square method and fuzzy PID control.
