摘要
结合在建的武汉城市圈孝感段汉江特大桥(105+180+105)m现场实际施工流程,介绍了一种高墩0号块托架的施工技术,主要包括钢板预埋,托架搭设,千斤顶反拉预压,预拱度设置及底模调整。实践证明,该施工方法简单、安全有效,尤其是千斤顶反拉预压技术减少了类似钢绞线、砂袋预压的繁杂工序,有利于节约工期成本。
In this paper, combining with the construction of wuhan city circle xiaogan period of the han river bridge(105 + 180 + 105) m the actual construction process, introduces a kind of high pier no.0 block bracket construction technology, mainly including steel embedded, bracket set jack counter loop preloading, camber setting and bottom die adjustment.It is proved by practice that the method is simple and safe and effective.In particular, the preloading technology of the jacking method reduces the complicated process of the preloading of similar steel wire and sand bags,which is beneficial to the saving of construction cost.
