摘要
目的对乳腺手术后部位感染进行护理,分析护理措施的临床效果。方法选择我院2016年9月至2017年9月收治的接受乳腺手术后发生部位感染的84例患者,根据护理措施不同将其分为应用常规护理的常规组(42例)和应用感染预防护理的干预组(42例),对两组患者的护理总满意率以及感染发生情况进行比较。结果干预组患者的护理总满意率为95.2%,感染发生率为7.1%,常规组患者的护理总满意率为83.3%,感染发生率为26.2%,干预组患者护理总满意率高于常规组,而感染发生率低于常规组,结果比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比于常规护理,预防感染护理干预的运用可以明显提升护理总满意率,减少术后切口位置感染发生率,促进患者预后,具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of nursing measures on postoperative site infection of breast surgery. Methods From September 2016 to September 2017 site infections occurred after breast surgery in 84 patients, according to different nursing measures should be divided into application of routine nursing group （42 cases） and the application of infection prevention nursing intervention group （42 cases） and total satisfaction of two groups of patients with nursing and infection occurrence in the comparison. Results The nursing intervention group patients overall satisfaction rate was 95.2%, the incidence of infection was 7.1%, the group of patients with conventional nursing overall satisfaction rate was 83.3%, the incidence of infection was 26.2%, the nursing intervention group patients total satisfaction rate higher than that of normal group, the incidence of infection is lower than the normal group, the results comparison was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the conventional nursing care, the use of effective nursing intervention can signifcantly improve nursing total satisfaction, reduce the incidence of postoperative incision infection, promote the patient prognosis, has important clinical signifcance.
