摘要
辅导员是高校开展抵制防范宗教渗透工作的骨干力量,做好高校抵制防范宗教渗透工作事关为谁培养人这一根本问题。在辨析宗教渗透概念的基础上,介绍了宗教在高校渗透的主要途径,分析归纳出辅导员是高校抵制防范宗教渗透工作的基层实践者、情报收集者和效果反馈者。针对辅导员或多或少存在的抵制防范宗教渗透工作重视程度不够、宗教学理论知识及相关政策掌握不扎实、处理"涉教"问题经验不足等问题,提出了旨在将辅导员打造为高校抵制防范宗教渗透尖兵利刃的对策建议。
Counselors are the backbone of colleges to resist and prevent religious infiltration,completing resisting and preventingreligion infiltration in college has much to do with cultivating talents for whom. On the basis of concept discrimination in religion infiltration, introducing the main ways of religion infiltration in college and generalizing that counselors are the practitioner, informationcollector and results responder. Giving insufficient emphasis to religion infiltration, lacking solid religion knowledge and related policies, inexperience on dealing with religious issues, these problems is in counsellors more of less, and to these problems, putting forward propositions to make counsellors the blade and sword for college to resist and prevent religion infiltration.
