2型糖尿病老年男性患者的骨密度及相关资料的调查研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析2型糖尿病老年男性患者左股骨近端骨密度及部分实验室指标的变化规律,探讨2型糖尿病与骨质疏松的关系。方法:收集1 080例2型糖尿病老年男性左股骨颈近端骨密度及部分实验指标资料,选取相应老年男性健康人群1 150例作为对照组,进行分类比较。结果:2型糖尿病组骨量减少、骨质疏松比例分别为61.12%、19.44%,明显高于对照组;左股骨近端骨密度均低于对照组(P<0.05);Hb A1c、FPG、TG、TC的浓度均高于对照组(P<0.05);血钙、血磷的浓度与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病老年男性患者骨密度变化较同龄健康男性减低,另外,还受到多种因素的影响,容易导致骨质疏松,需要高度警惕。 Objective: To analyze the changes of bone mineral density in the proximal femur and some lab indexes of type 2 diabetes in elderly men and to explore the relationship between type 2 diabetes and osteoporosis. Methods: The data of BMD of the proximal femoral neck and the experimental were collected from 1 080 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and 1 150 healthy people were selected as the control group. Methods: The proportion of bone loss and osteoporosis in the type 2 diabetes group was 61. 12% and 19. 44%,respectively,which was significantly higher than that of the control group. The BMD in the proximal femur was lower than that in the normal group( P〈0. 05). The concentrations of Hb A1 c,FPG,TG,and TC were higher than those in the control group( P〈0. 05); the concentrations of serum calcium and serum phosphorus were not significantly different from those in the control group( P〉0. 05). Conclusion: The changes in bone mineral density in type 2 diabetic elderly male patients were lower than those in healthy men of the same age. In addition,they were also affected by many factors,which could easily lead to osteoporosis and require high vigilance.
