经心外膜射频消融治疗扩张型心肌病伴室性心动过速的手术护理配合 被引量:3

摘要 总结1例经心外膜射频消融治疗扩张型心肌病伴室性心动过速的手术护理配合体会。配合要点:术前做好患者准备,制定相应的应急预案并做好耗材、抢救药物和设备的准备;术中密切观察各项生命体征,预防各种并发症的发生,加强抗凝治疗护理;术后重视心包引流管的护理,做好穿刺部位的护理。本例患者手术顺利,术后5d出院。
