摘要
随着地方经济水平的提高,某些行业大负荷用户迅速发展,面对大用户接入系统,电网面临严峻挑战。在此背景下,对直供大用户接网对电网规划方案多个方面带来的影响进行深入分析,提出基于大用户报装的地区负荷预测方法和计及大用户供电裕度的地区供电能力分析模型,并对用户接入系统后可能带来的短路电流水平过高问题提出多项解决措施。最后,通过辽宁省营口市忠旺高精铝三期项目接入系统方案设计实际算例来说明所提出的模型和方法的可行性与有效性。
With the development of the local economy, the heavy-load users in some industries are developing rapidly and the powergrid is facing severe challenges in the face of the large-user access system. This paper analyzes deeply the impact of direct-supplylarge-user access network on various aspects of the power grid planning scheme, and proposes an area load forecasting method based onlarge-user subscription. Taking into account the large power supply margin power supply capacity analysis model, the user access sys-tem may cause short-circuit current level too high to propose a number of solutions. Finally, the feasibility and validity of the proposedmodel and method are illustrated by a practical example of the access system design of Zhongwang High Precision Aluminum Project inYingkou city, Liaoning province.
