摘要
造价管理是110kV输电线路工程项目管理的重要内容之一,其直接影响到立项决策、规划设计、招投标和施工建设等阶段的项目管理水平。文章在对输电线路工程造价影响因素进行认真归纳总结后,提出了各阶段造价控制管理的一些建议和措施,确保工程高效优质的施工建设。
Cost management is one of the important contents of 110kV transmission line project management, which directly af-fects the project management level in the stages of project decision making, planning and design, bidding and construction, etc. Aftersumming up the factors affecting the cost of transmission line project, this paper puts forward some suggestions and measures for costcontrol and management in each stage, to ensure the construction of high efficiency and high quality of the project.
