摘要
当今社会人们的节奏不断加快,日常的生活和工作压力不断增大,随着移动互联网的层层渗入,人们对手机、电脑等电子产品的依赖性越来越强,人与人的沟通、人与内心世界的交流越来越少,长时间堆积的负面情绪和心理问题对人们的身体健康和家庭产生影响,迫切需要借助互联网的优势加强心理沟通和疏导。本研究针对这一需求,提出基于微信小程序的心理咨询聊天室的构想,本设计基于拥有上十亿活跃用户的微信平台,有效利用了心理学大数据、人工智能识别、微信的语音聊天及其丰富的平台扩展功能,突破传统心理咨询线下一对一的局限性,利用人工智能和专家在线相结合的方式使微信用户随时随地畅听和畅聊心理问题,进行自我觉察和反思,为改善全民心理健康状况、提升家庭幸福感提供了新思路。
Nowadays, the rhythm of people is accelerating, daily life and work pressures are increasing. With the penetration of the mobile Internet, people＇s dependence on mobile phones, computers and other electronic products is increasingly strong, and people-to-people communication or to themselves inner world become fewer and fewer. The long-term accumulation of negative emotions and psychological problems has an impact on people＇s physical health and family. It is urgently necessary to use the advantages of the Internet to strengthen psychological communication and counseling. This study addresses this need and proposes a concept based on the We Chat applet. The design is based on a We Chat platform with one billion active users, effectively utilizing psychology big data, artificial intelligence recognition and We Chat voice chat. Its extensive platform expansion capabilities improve the limitations of the traditional psychological counseling, using the combination of artificial intelligence and expert online to enable We Chat users to listen to and chat psychologically anytime, anywhere and for self-awareness and reflection. It has provided new ideas for improving the people＇s mental health and improving family happiness.
