摘要
丹凤县桃花谷水保生态科技示范园作为陕西省特色鲜明水保生态科研示范基地,对提升水土保持宣传教育、科技创新和推动生态文明建设都具有重要价值。文章在深入分析区域自然环境和水土流失特征的基础上,概要阐述了该示范园的建设规划的原则、目标、建设范围、建设规模、总体布局、功能区划以及效益评估,希望为该示范园的建设、运营提供科学指导。
As a demonstration base of ecological scientific research on soil and water conservation with distinctive characteristics in Shaanxi Province, Taohua Valley Ecological Science and Technology Demonstration Park （ESTDP） of soil and water conservation in Danfeng County is of great value for promoting publicity and education on soil and water conservation, scientific and technological innovation and promoting the construction of ecological civilization. On the basis of in-depth analysis of regional natural environment and characteristics of soil erosion, this paper briefly expounds the principles, objectives, scope, scale, overall layout, functional zoning and benefit evaluation of the construction planning of the demonstration park, so as to provide scientific guidance for the construction and operation of the demonstration park.
