摘要
要系统地发展学生的21世纪能力,教师必须变革教学,实施创新教学法,真正成为学习环境的设计者。2018年4月,OECD发表了《教师作为学习环境的设计者:创新教学法的重要地位》报告,提出了创新教学法"5C"框架,为教师变革教学提供了支架。创新教学法是教与学的复杂互动,设计与实施创新教学法涉及组合、鉴别、内容、背景和变革五大要素。不过,更好地变革教学还需要将创新作为教学专业的基本元素,平衡教师合作网络中的合作文化与个体性,真正认识教学变革作为复杂问题的特性。
To systematically develop students' 21st-century skills,teachers must transform teaching,implement innovative pedagogies,and truly become designers of learning environments. In April 2018,the OECD published the report Teachers as Designers of Learning Environments: the Importance of Innovative Pedagogies,the five C's Framework of which provides scaffolding for teachers to change teaching. Innovative pedagogies are a complex interaction between teaching and learning. Designing and implementing innovative pedagogies involves five elements: combinations,connoisseurship,content,context,and change. However,transforming teaching also need to regard innovation as the basic element of the teaching profession,balance the collaborative culture and individuality in the network,and truly recognize the property of teaching transformation as a complex problem.
