即抛型雌二醇丝印传感器在生物样本中的应用

摘要 针对现今雌二醇检测方法缺点,将即抛型雌二醇丝印传感器直接用于小鼠和大鼠血样中雌二醇的测定。结果表明,即抛型雌二醇丝印传感器对雌二醇灵敏度高,可以直接测定生物样本,具备成为进行雌二醇相关性研究和药物筛选及临床诊断辅助的有效工具的潜在价值。 In view of the shortcomings of the current estradiol detection method,the disposable estradiol silk screen sensor was directly used for the determination of estradiol in blood samples of mice and rats.The results showed that the disposable estradiol silk screen sensor was used for estradiol.With high sensitivity,it can directly measure biological samples,and has potential value as an effective tool for estradiol-related studies and drug screening and clinical diagnostic aids.
