发电机轴支撑架工装设计及加工工艺优化分析 被引量:3

摘要 某企业的发电机轴支撑架年产量达4万件/年,该零件空间位置精度要求较高,存在加工效率低、产品质量加工不稳定等问题。为改善这一状况,针对零件的工艺进行优化并自行设计一款夹具,一次装夹完成所有工序,从而提高生产效率和产品质量。实践证明:采用优化后的加工工艺,产品精度均达到图纸要求,且加工效率大大提升,对于同类产品的加工具有一定借鉴意义。 The annual output of generator shaft support frame of a certain enterprise is up to 40 thousand parts per year. The space position precision demand of the parts is higher,but the machining efficiency is low,and the products quality is not stable. In order to improve the situation,the process of the parts was optimized and a fixture was designed to complete all processes,so as to improve the production efficiency and product quality. The practice proves using the optimized processing technology,product accuracy has reached the requirements of the drawings,and the processing efficiency has been greatly improved. It provides reference for similar products processing.
