摘要
提出基于PMAC的齿轮测量中心控制系统的总体设计方案。以PMAC运动控制器作为系统的核心控制单元,高性能驱动器作为四轴伺服驱动机构,高精度光栅作为位置检测机构,采集卡为数据采集系统,采用控制器模拟量输出的方式,构成全闭环控制系统。分析运动控制器和驱动器的位置环路和速度环路的控制系统,研究控制器所采用的PID-前馈滤波伺服控制原理,对其优势进行分析。完成测量中心的软件设计和软硬件对接。最后对齿轮样板的左齿面齿形数据进行测量对比,结果表明此控制系统满足测量要求。
The overall design of the control system of gear measuring center based on PMAC was proposed. Taking PMAC as the core control unit,high-performance drive as a four-axis servo drive mechanism,high-precision grating as a position detection mechanism,the acquisition card as a data acquisition system,using the controller analog output form,a full-closed-loop control system was constituted. The control systems of the position loop and speed loop of motion controller and driver were analyzed. The principle of PID-feedforward-filter servo control adopted by the controller was studied,and its advantages were analyzed. The software design of the center and the docking of hardware and software were completed. Finally,the left tooth profile data of the gear model were compared. The results show that the control system meets the measurement requirements.
