摘要
旋风式管料切断装置是一种新型的机械加工装置,它采用挤压式的加工原理,利用高速旋转的刀具对管料进行挤压切削,其结果是机器运转噪声小、无粉尘及铁屑产生、工作效率高、节省材料,是一种新的切断加工工艺方法。
The whirlwind type tubes cutting device is a new-type mechanical processing unit. The extrusion processing principle was adopted and the high-speed spinning cutters were applied to do tubes extruding and cutting. The process has the advantages of low machine operating noises,no dust scrap iron,high efficiency and material saving,thus being a novel cutting method.
