摘要
在矿井巷道掘进过程中,带式输送机因其具有输送能力大、输送线路受地形条件限制小、结构简单、基建投资少、开启自动控制和保护传感器完善等诸多优点得到了广泛的应用。但大量的带式输送机的投入同时也带来了繁重的回撤工作。通过对矿井生产实践中较先进的卷带作业工艺进行现场检验,对该工艺中存在的多电动机不协调运行的原因进行数学分析,并结合可编程逻辑控制器、变频调速、传感器检测、异步电动控制技术,充分考虑性价比、推广前景等因素,提出了一种卷带作业多电动机协调控制系统方案。通过现场试验,该系统在常用输送机回撤过程中,能对卷带作业多电动机的协调控制和卷带作业全程可控,达到了预期的目的。
In the process of mine roadway driving,the belt conveyor has been widely applied for its advantages of large transport capacity,little limited terrain conditions for transmission lines,simple structure,less capital construction investment,automatic control of starting and complete protection of sensors,but a large number of belt conveyor input also brought heavy retracting operation. Through the on-the-spot inspection of the more advanced winding tape operation process in the mine production practice,the mathematical analysis of the reasons for the uncoordinated operation of the multi-motor in the process was carried out. Combined with programmable logic controller,frequency conversion speed control,sensor detection,asynchronous electric control technology,a scheme of multi-motor coordination control system for winding tape operation was put forward in consideration of factors such as cost performance and prospect of promotion. Through the field test,in the process of the retracting of the commonly used belt conveyor,the system can control the multi-motor coordinately in the winding tape operation and can be controlled all the way in the winding operation,which has achieved the expected purpose.
