摘要
因为人们对生活质量的要求不断提高,人们生活中用到的许多产品都会采用涂装技术以达到美观,防生锈,防腐蚀的目的。如汽车,门窗都会用到涂装技术。工业生产中VOCs是重要的大气污染物之一,针对涂装行业VOCs排放浓度低,风量大,出口风速快等情况,提出了低温等离子体协同光催化降解VOCs技术。实践证明,该技术降解涂装行业VOCs,漆雾收集率可达90%,VOCs净化率90%,降解排放浓度10~20 mg/m^3。
Because people's demand for quality of life is constantly improving,many products used in people's lives will adopt coating technology to achieve aesthetic,rust and corrosion prevention. Like cars,doors and Windows will be coated technology. VOCs are one of the most important atmospheric pollutants in industrial production. The low emission concentration of VOCs in coating industry,high wind volume and high export wind speed were presented. It was proved that the technology degraded VOCs in the coating industry,the paint fog collection rate can reach 90%,the VOCs purification rate was 90% and the emission concentration was 10 ~ 20 mg/m^3.
