摘要
为了解披碱草属天然杂种育性及细胞遗传基础,对川西北地区披碱草属天然杂种材料SH026的育性及细胞染色体特征进行了分析。结果表明,SH026花粉可育率及结实率均为0;体细胞染色体数目均为35条;花粉母细胞减数分裂中期I平均染色体构型为16.08I+8.74II+0.35 III+0.06 IV,且微核、落后染色体、染色体桥及染色体不均等分离等异常现象普遍存在。染色体配对行为不规则及减数分裂异常是造成供试材料不育的细胞遗传学原因。
In order to investigate the fertility and cytogenetical basis of natural hybrid in Elymus in northwest Sichuan,pollen fertility and chromosome characteristics of test material were observed,which named as SH026. The results showed that pollen of the material was highly sterile,both the pollen fertility rate and the seed setting rate were 0; SH026 was pentaploid and the number of somatic chromosome was 35; the verage chromosome pairing configuration at metaphase I in pollen mother cells of SH026 was 16. 08 Ⅰ+ 8. 74 Ⅱ+ 0. 35 Ⅲ +0. 06 Ⅳ,many abnormal conditions,such as microkernel,chromosome bridge,laggard chromosome and chromosome separation unequally were ubiquity at anaphase I and telophase I. Irregular chromosome pairing and abnormal meiosis was the cytogenetic cause on sterile of the tested material.
