摘要
根据2002—2016年俄罗斯农产品进口数据,运用CMS模型对俄罗斯农产品进口贸易波动进行了分析。结果表明:在第一阶段俄罗斯农产品进口增加的主要影响因素是增长效应和市场结构效应,即国际经济因素与俄罗斯农产品进口市场结构合理是主要原因;而在进口额快速下降的第二阶段,主要影响因素是产品引力效应和增长效应,俄罗斯"进口禁令"和世界需求萎缩是主要原因。
According to the Russian agricultural product import data from 2002 to 2016,using the CMS model,we analyzed the fluctuation of import trade of Russian agricultural products. The results showed that in the first period,there were two main factors which are increasing effect and market structure effect influencing import increase of Russian agriculture. And in the second period,there were product gravity effect and increasing effect influencing import decrease,that means Russian＂import ban＂and global demand slumping were main reasons of decrease.
