摘要
[目的]探讨一种富硒蛇莓的培育方法。[方法]采用亚硒酸钠浓度0、2、4、8、16、32、64、128、256、512 ng/mL的水溶液对蛇莓叶喷施,考察喷施亚硒酸钠后有机硒在蛇莓中的变化规律。[结果]叶面喷施硒能显著提高蛇莓中的有机硒含量。蛇莓中有机硒的含量随喷施亚硒酸钠浓度的提高而增加,当喷施亚硒酸钠浓度达到256 ng/mL时,蛇莓中的有机硒含量达到最大值,其值为20.94μg/g。[结论]蛇莓叶面喷施亚硒酸钠溶液的最佳浓度为256 ng/mL,且采用低浓度的亚硒酸钠溶液对蛇莓进行多次喷硒的方法有利于蛇莓对无机硒的吸收和转化。
[Objective] To research a method of cultivating rich-selenium Duchesnea indica( Andr.) Focke. [Method]Sodium selenite was sprayed on the leaves of D. indica,the concentrations of which were 0,2,4,8,16,32,64,128,256,512 ng/mL,respectively. The change law of organic selenium in D. indica after spraying sodium selenite was investigated. [Result]With the rise of spraying sodium selenite concentration,the content of organic selenium was significantly improved. When spraying sodium selenite concentration reached 256 ng/mL,the content of organic selenium in D. indica reached the maximum,which was 20. 94 μg/g. [Conclusion]The optimum concentration of sodium selenite spraying on leaves of D. indica was 256 ng/mL. And the low concentration of inorganic selenium spraying on D. indica repeatedly was benefical for its absorption and transformtion.
